In order to process a refund, the following has to be agreed to by buyer:

1) Clearly show how the product did not work by following directions in product email

2) Clearly show that the product is not working (via screenshot or error messages)

3) If we weren’t able to provide a solution a full refund will be processed

If buyer is trying to return a product based on other reasons than listed above, please contact us for further review of the return.

Buyer has 30 days to request a refund from HQ keys.
